The body part known colloquially as "arms" usually come attached to the human torso. Arms are a lot like legs, but shorter, and on the top part of the body.

Arms are quite useful, as they provide a conduit through which feelings from the gut and heart can move outward to the hands. Through the arm tubes, these truthiness messages tell the hands how to act in any given situation.
